What kinds of Big & Small Stuff is LifeWalker Companionship For?
Pssst!!! Given the last few years we’ve all had I think we’ve all got some emotional whiplash from the bungee jumping in and out of lockdowns… so I reckon everyone qualifies! Here’s just a few areas I’ve supported folks with already:
Change is a Comin’
You might be seeing a big change coming and with it avoidance and worry. Maybe it’s career, a house move, aging parents or a new stage for your children.
2. In the Eye of the Storm
You did not see that shit storm coming and now you’re in the eye of it. Overwhelm, grief or anxiety are constant companions. Illness, Death, a Pandemic? Yes, big things like that! But the smaller shit can be just as destabilising.
3. Tearing Your Hair Out
You might be tearing your hair out trying to figure out how to change a repeated sticky situation with your children, partner, yourself. Frustration and anger get a grip and it’s soooo hard to stay being the conscious, loving, calm person you want to be.
4. Butting Heads
You might be butting heads with yourself over who you want to BE and what you have to DO. Maybe it’s an unhelpful pattern you just can’t shift or a behaviour you’re not proud of. The old shame and guilt sticks make you lose perspective.
So it’s natural to
struggle, right?
We’re not humanly designed to traverse difficult stuff on our own.
When you have a caring companion on the journey you can embrace your curiosity, connectedness and openness…. and find the ways to BE you in the midst of it all.
Even more than that, it is in midst of life’s biggest struggles that profound, next level knowing comes.
