Our Team
Hi, I’m Fiona
Educator, Coach, Parent, Creative, Lifewalker
I started Virtually There Learning in 2020 out of a passion to support families doing it tough in pandemonium. Since then I’ve wended my way towards creating a village (virtually and in person) where EVERYONE can participate. I believe in whole-self living, where we can build a path to being our authentic selves more often, with less comparisonitis and self-judgement.
Whether it’s working with young people or adults, individuals, families or groups, my drive is to be a companion for the messy journey of life, as it unfolds in our day to day happenings. When I gather folks together I focus on nurturing the individual through warmth, creativity and playfulness so that we can sing up a more hearty world to inhabit together.
I am:
an empath, a deep diving soul traveller and a passionate advocate for a more inclusive world.
mum to a gorgeous teen, an angel baby and a generous hearted pre-schooler.
a coach and educator (with 15 year’s experience working in schools, the community and adult education),
a creative who loves to explore the world through crafting, connecting and collaborating.
a lifewalker who companions others through the messy middle of life’s storms.
I love to cook, journal and craft. I am learning to love strength training because having lived with chronic illness and pain for most of my adult life, I am determined to get stronger!

Hi, I’m Libby
Occupational Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Dancer, Parent
I’m an holistic occupational therapist and yoga teacher with extensive experience working across a variety of settings with adults and children. I have a unique way of working with children and families to support them to thrive. I support children's attention and regulation so they can function with greater calm in their day.
I trained as a hatha yoga teacher and specialised in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Through movement, breath and guided relaxation, I guide children to a state of peace and deep connection with their bodies. My background in dance and occupational therapy ensures a playful, sensitive and accessible approach.
It is my aim to bring more creativity and spirit into my life and the lives of others I work with. I like the idea (contained in a favourite childhood book - There’s a Tiger in the Teapot) that inside of us all there is greater potential, a wild and creative energy that is waiting to be released.

Hi, I’m Greg
Educator, Media Artist, Parent, Researcher
I have 25 years’ experience teaching students of all ages, from primary through to tertiary, and have also been running and advising on makerspaces for the last 5 years for predominantly primary and secondary students. At the tertiary level I have taught in Art/Design and Education faculties.
My approach to teaching and learning emphasises playful project-based inquiry that connects art, science and technology, grounded in the learners' interests and collaboration. I have been doing STEAM for a long time!
I also practice and teach Aikido to children and adults and am a dad to a gorgeous teen. I love art and creativity, and leveraging this for engaged and deep learning, to encourage independence and critical thinking, and to nurture students’ innate creativity and the ability to learn independently.
